有时候，在面试中招聘者会提问应聘者有关工作目标的问题，目的就是了解应聘者做事的风格，以及应聘者对这份工作的看法。当然由于应聘者还不是很了解自己所应聘的工作，在回答问题时并不一定面面俱到，因为在实际当中会碰到自己计划中所没有考虑到的问题，所以大致说明自己的计划目标就好。

在回答"How long will you stay with us?"这个问题时，特别要注意，不要用明确的时间概念来回答“我将在贵公司呆多久”，因为不管怎样回答，都会招致主考官进一步询问“为什么？”所以最保险的回答方式就是“我呆多久要依据事态发展，依据双方是否相互满意而定”。
